It generally takes about four to six weeks to paint a portrait and get all the markings correct, depending on my current schedule. You can decide what type of background you would like. I can paint a solid color background or multicolored background. If you want, I can paint your pet outdoors on the grass, or inside on a rug or a pillow. It is up to you. Consider where you are going to hang the portrait and the color of the area surrounding it. This will help you decide what basic color you would like for your background. I will email you a picture of the progress of the portrait every day so you can make suggestions, or any changes you see fit. The final decision on the completed portrait is yours. I will continue to revise the portrait, until you are 100% satisfied with it and approve the final proof via email, or your money will be refunded. An accurate representation of your pet is imperative to me, as is your happiness with the process and finished portrait.
